Orlando Culinary Academy

Thursday, December 16th, 2004

So, maybe you are not looking to go to a 4 year school or earn a college degree. Maybe your passion is cooking, like me. The Orlando Culinary Academy could be just what you are looking for. If becomming a professionally trained chef is what you are looking for, then the professional chefs at OCA are ready to help. Of course the standard career counselors and placement assistance is available on site when you have completed your training, but the key to the Orlando Culinary Academy is the hands-on training that all of the students receive. All of the professors/chefs at OCA are real world professionals, so there is not book theory, there is real world experience to guide you through your training. Plus, there is an on site student restaurant where you gain more valuable experience to help prepare you for the real world.

So, if food and entertaining is your thing. You are going to want to check out the Orlando Culinary Academy today.
